the location was excellent it was a short walk from the railway station comfortable beds existed in clean rooms the breakfast included cooked options continental options and plenty of everything

great location friendly staff easy walk uncomfortable bed constant noise heating noise
The hotel location is great. It is generally clean, and the staff are friendly. The hotel is close to the train station. It is an easy walk to the main pubs and restaurants.
The bed was uncomfortable. I had the worst night's sleep because there was a load of noise all night. I think it came from the heating. Every 20 minutes, there was a loud banging.

sealed windows metal grid
the breakfast provided a decent variety of options.
I was assigned room 222, it seemed like a prison cell. the windows were sealed shut and covered with a metal grid, i felt trapped. the air conditioning barely worked. It was either too hot or too cold. i found this particularly concerning from a fire safety point of view.

salty bacon vacant seat
the breakfast experience left something to be desired the sausages tasted quite cheap and the bacon was overly salty they seemed undercooked as well finding a vacant seat proved difficult i overheard what sounded like a chef arguing loudly with other staff it really impacted the atmosphere
